Regrettably, returns that don't comply with our return standard and don't pass the quality check cannot be accepted, as they become unsellable and will be sent back to you.

  • Refund will be initiated after a minimal deduction of 499/- as reverse transit fare.

We offer a replacement only in case of manufacturing defects, which must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Customers are required to share clear photos or videos for verification. All requests are reviewed by our quality team, and replacements are approved only after verification. Damage due to usage, wear and tear, mishandling, punctures, cuts, sharp objects, over-inflation, or improper use is not covered.
