Please make sure your items are returned in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories and tags still attached. Regrettably, returns that don't comply with our return standard, and don't pass the quality check cannot be accepted, as they become unsaleable and will be sent back to you. 

Sit & Go Suitcase - Refund (Excluding COD charges & Fast Shipping) of the price of the product will be initiated after a minimal deduction of Rs 499/- for the Butt Baby Sit & Go.

Hip Seat Carrier - Full Refund (Excluding COD charges & Fast Shipping) of the price of the product shall be initiated for the Butt Baby Hip Seat carrier.

SnoozeAway Inflatable Bed - Full Refund (Excluding COD charges & Fast Shipping) of the price of the product shall be initiated for the Butt Baby SnoozeAway inflatable bed.

In case of failure - 

The Transit fare of sending back a shipment that has failed the quality check will be paid by the customer, else stands to be discarded with No refund.

Returns Pick up - 

We have one step, no questions asked Return policy.

Return Pick up will be arranged by our team. 

In the event that return pickup fails on more than two occasions, It  must be self-shipped to our warehouse within 7 days of the return request being raised. Otherwise the return request stands cancelled.

Reverse pickups shall be arranged solely by Butt Baby Enterprise Private Limited. Self-shipped returns shall not be eligible for refunds. For COD orders, refunds shall be processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned shipment at our warehouse and confirmation of remittance from the logistics partner.
